I’d find another office. Front desk staff is extremely rude, Kim B. In particular. They have little to no respect or understanding for moms. Not to mention if you miss and/or need to reschedule an appointment. Appointments with Dr Kane are rushed and brief with little interaction and not personable. We finally moved practices after a year and things are MUCH better.
Dr. Kane told me I was corrupted by social media and didn’t care enough to protect MY child because I choose against vaccinating. I was told I was being dropped as a patient and would need to find somewhere else to be seen. Very disheartening that you can’t seem to make your own decisions for your child without being made feel like you’re a bad parent.
We adore Dr. Traeger. I would never transfer to another office. He partners with you as the parent, rather than simply telling you what to do. My only complaint is the front desk/phone staff. They are rarely friendly and always seem annoyed you are calling.
Staff is kind. Physicians are knowledgeable and approachable. I receive excellent anticipatory guidance at well child visits.
An excellent team and I love the functionality of the app for sending messages and making appointments. Dr. Traeger and Dr. Milligan have been amazing and I feel that I can genuinely trust they hear my concerns and are giving me their best thoughts and advice every time for my daughter’s care
