So I received my CPAP supplies NOT in the original manufacturers packaging. I don’t know what the supplier is trying to pull here but do not get your medical supplies from this facility because they are not mailed out to you in the original packaging. I give this place a zero. we have been purchasing Cpap supplies for nine years and after receiving my simplest mask with the headgear and the cushion and Ziploc baggie, don’t try to tell me that this is factory sealed. The staff is so helpful and friendly! Whenever I've had to call or come in the get me and issue fixed right up! Makes getting the supplies I need a better experience!
Not very happy with this place. I understand that there is a "shortage" of sleep Apnea machines due to shortage or whatever. I keep getting the run around time after time with this place. My equipment was ordered back in January of this year and it still has not gotten here. It's very frustrating to say the least. I just fall asleep praying that I wake up in the morning. If you can't get the machine call around and find out who can get it. Do better and Do your job. I've never in my life had this much trouble with something.... read more
Well they never returned a call for a c-pap service. So we finally called them they replaced after waiting 3 minutes for a call back. The respiratory staff is great but the from front counter need to more training. They neglect to tell you important information.
The ladies there are very nice and friendly. So helpful
