This will be the first and last time I come to the new carle walk-in in Danville IL. We have been waiting for 4 hours and just seen the Dr. I came here because my 4 year old was around a bus monitor that tested positive for COVID-19 and to the Dr here it's not a big deal but wasn't COVID-19 just killing lots of people wasn't it just a big deal in the world.
I came in years ago. It was difficult for me to walk, even to go to the bathroom. It had been getting worse. A 300lb nurse took X-Rays and felt the need to tell me that 'big girls like us sometimes have foot pain'. I was 4'11" and 160lbs. I tried to explain before my foot had been so bad, I worked on a ranch and went to the gym everyday, and had been 96lbs. I have not been to Carle in over 20 years as I have lived out of state. I called to try to make an appointment with Dr. Aybar but the woman that answered the phone refused to put me in the system with my new name unless I provided documents. It's been over TWENTY years. People change their names for reasons, reasons they would like to forget and for this person to INSIST on bringing it back up again is very painful. Very unprofessional.
Negative stars deserved. Do not recommend.
