It seemed that Carla was very busy and that made it seem like she didn't have time for me. Response time to text messages was slow. When I went for my final inspection, she allowed the current owner to stay. I think she should have made sure he was not there. Instead she made it my decision whether I was ok with him being here. She was honest and open about the plusses and minuses of the houses we looked at.
Carla was great to work with in my home buying process. We were connected after my home search on Zillow set me up with Ruhl & Ruhl. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend Carla and Ruhl & Ruhl to anyone in the future.
