First of all, I love my apartment and the finishes. Working from home because of COVID, so it's great to be in a nicely thought out space. I have recently had an issue with my faucet and the management responded very quickly. Maintenance team showed up the very next morning wearing masks, gloves and shoe covering which was nice to see since my immune system is compromised. Issue was solved within minutes! We found our apartment through Agnes and dealt with her directly and her management team during the two+ years we rented from Carla Nicole Properties. The only reason we left is because we needed more space or we would still be there. Agnes and her team were flexible with our move-in and move-out date from the very beginning and we were in constant communication.
