I was new to Austin and had a dental emergency. I called and these awesome ladies were able to get me in first thing the next morning. I chose this place since it was near my work, but now I have kept them as my primary dentist due to their kindness, good practices, and amazing bedside manner. It's a shame that I'm having to give Dr. Coston a 1 star review. To be honest, I have zero issue with her work. That being said, my kids have gone to her a couple times. Years ago, their accounting department and I had a run in with some billing issues. There were a lot of rude remarks (admittedly on both sides), and the fault of the issue was mutual. I have been going to Dr. Coston for 20+ years and she is absolutely the best dentist I have ever gone to (besides my periodontist Dr Yu, whom she recommended). She has the gentlest touch and the friendliest attitude; she can make bad news acceptable. Her staff is chosen wisely and carefully and all exemplify Dr. Coston's sunny attitude and welcoming environment. I have recommended Dr. Coston to a number of friends, and all would agree that she is an Austin treasure.
I have been going to Dr. Coston for over 16 years. She is THE BEST dentist -- excellent staff and Dr. Coston is conservative in her treatment. I HIGHLY recommend her.
