I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Don Carlos is fair, honest, and straight forward. He gives you the best prices. If you want customer service go to Party City. This man has been here for years, and all the locals know he has the best rental prices. You want to patronize a real minority owned, small business then this is the place.
