Dr Wells has taught me so much about how to understand myself, when I start getting to much anxiety to stand myself. He has taught me so many tools that when my anxiety starts to run my thoughts I now have the tools to slow down my anxiety with breathing,exercising, meditation, and thought records. Dr Wells knows cognitive behavioral training. Give him a chance he will help you!!!
Carl really helped me be able to help myself. He’s non-judgmental and I always felt like I was heard. He taught me how to analyze my thoughts, find distortions, and design behavioral experiments. All these things helped change my behavior and moods for the better.
