We decided to buy an investment property in Gulfport, Ms. Being in another state, Carl made it easy for us to fly out and see various properties in only one day! He was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We ended up making an offer on a condo and we even were able to reduce the price by 10K even with it fully furnished! couldn't be happier with his service. We will definitely use him again for the next go around.

I really do not know where to start. Carl started out on the venture with my husband and I over 1 year ago. Moving from Illinois to Mississippi was crazy no doubt but Carl was our second and third pair of eyes. We chose to build our forever home. Carl was there from day 1. You hear of the night mares of the building process and if we had any Carl quickly got them resolved. Such a professional and pleasant realtor to work with.
