I rented from Carl Turlington for a year and the experience was terrible. Unprofessional and unethical people who will ignore service requests, do not clean units before new move-in‘s, and steal residents security deposits regardless of how clean the home is upon move out. They give landlords and the property management industry as a whole a bad name with their dishonest procedures.
