I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the plumbing service, especially Geoffrey and John. On inspection day, we got several courtesy calls letting us know the plumbers were running a little behind, which we really appreciated. Geoffrey was fantastic and truly went above and beyond. We asked for estimates for water heater repair or replacement, a main water shutoff valve update, new shutoff valves for the sinks and toilets, toilet rebuilds, and a water softener system. Honest and very skilled. Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas handled problems with our septic system in a practical and cost-effective way from the start. When the drainage issue first showed up, Braden suggested a lower-cost fix before recommending any major septic or sewer work. I called the office this morning about a leaking valve that started over the weekend, and the whole plumbing service was smooth from start to finish. Geoffrey and his crew have helped us with a lot of plumbing work in our older beach house. They took care of small pipe and fixture issues before they turned into bigger plumbing problems, which saved us time and stress.
