I go through there almost every morning. never fails they manage to mess it up. this morning I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit meal with diet DP and no cheese. so I got no HB and NO egg.... Not even worth calling and complaining anymore. I just won't be back. everytime I go there it is wrong.... maybe some training should be applied.

Due to COVID if you go inside the Delano Location on Cecil You will be waisting your time after 15 minutes of waiting to PLACE an order i asked if i can be helped and was told in a minute which the manager kept repeating but never actually helped me So then he asked me to leave after 20 minutes because i kept asking hin if he would take my order and told me theres a drive thru line and he would take my order in a minute If i didnt like it i could leave.
cuz they dont take situations seriously.... I had found hair n my food and all the manager keep saying was ok ok what does OK mean.... had to pull over on the side to the road to throw up cuz I was disgusted now my stomach feels weird
All I wanted was a western bacon cheeseburger for my bday today.... was it too hard to ask?! Like most everything else today. Carl’s Jr you let me down. Got a smashed flat burger with mayo, bbq sauce meat and cheese?! Wtf?! Not even close to the delicious western bacon cheeseburger with xtra bbq sauce like I ordered! Boooooo���� for the cost of my family of 4 to eat there thru the drive thru was almost the cost of eating in a restaurant too. Sooo bummed �
