This is hard for me to rate. On one side, he listened to my request and changed his plan for my son’s treatment which is incredibly valuable to me. I think that can be hard to find in doctors these days. So that’s a huge bonus. However he was unnecessarily rough with my son’s injury. He pressed on what he knew would be a pain point rather aggressively and my son had to grab and remove the doctor’s hand even after my son pulled back and winced in pain.
