My husband and I used Carl Kratz for our realtor when we made the move from the Boston Massachusetts area to Callawassie island in Beaufort South Carolina. To say he went over and above for us is an understatement! Carl was so easy to talk to and work with. He paid such attention to every little ( and Big) detail throughout this transaction process. He was very patient as we looked at many different homes throughout the area . We were able to reach out to Carl no matter the day or time, he was always available to discuss opt... read more
Carl listed a house for my relative. I am also a licensed SC REALTOR, so I assisted my relative in choosing a listing agent and decisions regarding the sale. We starting looking at homes with Mr.Kratz a few days ago.We were glad we did.His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. He not only took us to homes in our price range but pointed out the good and not so good.We felt that he was not just trying to sell us a home by picking out flaws in some homes. Also he was on time every time We felt he went the extra mile.Loved his sense of humor also.Thank you Mr.Kratz.
Karl was very helpful and always available when needed. Made this transaction very easy to navigate through. Thanks for everything!
Carl was the following: knowledgeable, hard working, available, objective, helpful, went beyond the call of duty and had a great network of people to get you thru the process. He's the guy you want next to you in a foxhole when your life is on the line. Choose Carl and you won't regret it.
