Recall on my Accord
First time coming here to get an oil change it was very nice, friendly customer service! But today this morning when I came to get my second oil change and my customer service experience was poor and rude!! The service manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to be professional, talk to people, and he also hung the phone up in my mother face. The service department manager is very rude and also the service advisor Spencer is rude! The service department hung up on me and told me my daughter can take her car to wherever she want to! The service is terrible!!
Got in quick! they repaired my vehicle in a timely manner & my car runs great now! Highly recommend
