Carl Hogan Honda’s Service Department is great! I took my suv for an oil change. Elena immediately greeted me upon my arrival! She got me right in without an appointment! It only took a few minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. Elena explained what the checked and found during the inspection. Everyone I met there was so friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely return for service needs of my Honda!
Their service is top notch. I was worried about paying a lot of money for a tiny problem with my Honda CRV, and they actually worked with me, ran some tests that proved it wasn’t a problem, and covered my bill, telling me I could pay the bill if the problem popped up again! I’ve never experienced such generosity and just general humanity from an auto shop before. They are extremely personable and helpful. If you have any issues with your Honda, go here!! I certainly will be returning because I feel completely indebted!
