Dr Albers himself is a caring physician and cares for his patients. He also seems up to date on what new research is happening, etc... His staff though is either completely overworked or just doesn't care. No response to medication refill requests, and completely botched working with insurance for Stelara. Every one was nice, but results didn't meet expectations in any form.
