Dr. Rosen is the best Dr of all time. He is so professional and care about his patients.
Dr. Carl E. Rosen performed 6 different major surgeries on my eyes, while my husband and our family were stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson (JBER). Dr. Rosen was the absolute best eye surgeon I could have ever ask for. Our family lived in Alaska for 7 years, and Dr. Rosen took excellent care of my eyes, whilst we were there. Long story short, Dr Rosen diagnosed and correct an eye condition that had been missed by other providers for about 8 months. During that time I couldn't see well enough to drive safely, and I was pretty much stuck in the house and getting depressed. Finally, I was sent to Dr. Rosen who correctly diagnosed the appropriate eye condition and treatment. He is patient, compassionate and brilliant! He gave me back my life back. I recently had eye surgery from Dr. Rosen I found him to be a outstanding surgeon and provider. He is by far the most attentive surgeon in Anchorage. My surgery went extremely well and I could not be more delighted. Why would anyone have surgery outside of Alaska when there is just a fine surgeon in Anchorage. Alaska is LUCKY to have him!
