Carl was helping us try to find a home before our life got massively interrupted by family illness and we had to uproot (and also halt our search). Carl is an amazing, professional, kind, stellar realtor. He 100% works in your best interest and does what he should do as a realtor - protect you from expensive mistakes. Carl was great to work with on our cross country move. He helped us navigate a chaotic market, craft strong offers, recommend trusted local lenders/attorneys/inspectors, and ultimately land a home that will work well for our young family for years to come. Since we were viewing homes remotely, Carl did tours via FaceTime, and was very thorough in his showings since we couldn’t physically be in the house. This process was difficult, but would have been worse without Carl there to help.
