Carl helped my mother downsize to a smaller house and sell her old property. Through the entire process he was helpful, knowledgeable, and always patient and courteous. We looked at dozens of properties with him during which he would frankly assess the place with an eye for her needs. Working with Carl on our first house search and purchase was everything we hoped it could be. Though it took the better part of a year in a tough market, Carl kept us up to date and stayed in touch.
