Dr Brown was very patient with my mom who had dementia. He listened to her in the midst of her mania and reassured her. He reviewed all of her current medications and listened to our concerns as caregivers. Would definitely recommend him .
Very knowledgeable about medications and condition. Kind, helpful, patient. Answers all my question. Always on time with appointments. I have been going to him for many years. Never have had a problem with staff. He diagnosed my mother's Parkinsons knew all about the types and medications. I will definitely keep going to him because I trust him.
My neuro doc for decades with excellent care. Office staff has improved.
I saw this Doctor on 10-5-2020 and his Report on my Case had plenty of False Comments and Mistakes! We traveled 120 miles only to have a quick 10 minute False and Inaccurate Exam. He charged us $150 and he didn't really do anything and Prescribe me anything for my Severe Pain. Dr Brown is not worth your Time, believe me you are better off seeing another Neurologist.
Dr Brown is ok. His office manager is very rude,
Dr Brown is always friendly and easy to talk to. He has very short wait times and most of his staff is easy to deal with.
Staff are very rude.
Very Rude office staff! And after i see the other reviews i can tell it was not only myself that experinced their lack of compasion or empathy. Dealing with patients with dementia, should require you have some heart and concern for the family and the patient! Just sad the way the front desk makes you feel while already dealing with the failing health of your loved one! The dr is ok but not worth dealing with the front desk staff! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF HERE!!!
His "diagnosis" isn't recognized by any board, uses very outdated terminology. Had me on drugs another doctor confirmed as very wrong for my condition and kept increasing the dose. No exams done, finally did one test: refused to discuss with me. Ignored family history of same issues, walked off when I had a question about treatment. Office manager very rude/condescending. I overheard her yelling at other patients on the phone, she even threatened me when I called for an appt. Avoid this QUACK!
Business response:
This review is unsubstantiated and untrue. This patient filed a complaint with the Texas Board of Medical Examiners and it was summarily dismissed. This person was unhappy about a bill that was due and exhibited inappropriate behavior in our waiting room in front of a child. There were no other patients in the waiting area at the time and no one yelled, except the patient.
