Been trying to do bankruptcy for all most 1 year this whole year has been nothing but trouble. This attorney is a scam and a fraud I was put onto him thru the legal insurance from my job he accepted my joint custody case I met with him paid him his fee then afterwards all he did was make a few phone calls to the defendants attorney to no luck, I told him on several occasions file our case in court to see a family judge he never did this only making excuses he finally instructed me he would set forth a mediation thru the court between me and the defendant to settle our differences then after that he disappeared on me n... read more
