Darial is awesome - really listens about what you're wanting for your cut.
The lady who did my hair absolutely RUINED it. I had long hair and I asked for a trim and face framing layers, and she gave me a mullet. AND IM A GIRL! I was so so pissed off and she asked me “do you hate it?” And I straight up said yeah and started crying. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!!!
Their customer service could definitely be better. I talked to management about an issue I was experiencing with their nail tech and they don’t care. It’s quite sad when you have clients going through some hard stuff and you have incompetent staff that feel it’s okay to treat people disrespectfully.
