Very rude staff. Nurse would not let me speak on the phone. The girl at the front desk never smiles and acts like she hates her job. I had to go twice in 2 days just to get a different antibiotic because the original one they prescribed caused him to break out in hives. I live an hour away and had to take 2 days off work not to mention paying 2 co pays and 2 prescriptions. I unfortunately did not have a wonderful experience with Carithers and would no longer refer them to anyone I know. My son needed to have an MRI completed, at the request of his neurosurgeon due to seizures that started to happen. Contacted Carithers on Monday was told that they couldn't do anything, it would have to come from the neurosurgeon's office, although that was not the case.
