I drove an hour there after the fact that I’ve spoke to Cynthia for them to tell me the car I’ve came for was being sold. I don’t recommend this place at all.

They contacted me to let me know the car was available, but we chose another vehicle elsewhere.
Great experience even came to me for a signature over an hr away so I didn’t have to drive it
The car was listed at CARite Chesterfield when it was actually at another CARite. Chesterfield employees did not tell me that when I called before I drove 2.5 hours there. When I arrived they told me this and then I had to drive an additional 30 mins to Another CARite dealer. I liked the car but I ended up leaving feeling as though I had been lied to and it was a sketchy dealership who didn't know what was going on. I scheduled a test drive. when i arrived the car was pulled up front and the sales person was there to greet me that was nice but when i started the car the service engine light was on and stayed on when i commented about it the sales person said oh no big deal we have a guy here who will take care of that. in my option that car should have never been shown with a light on its only 2 years old and as far as i know that used car dealer ship doesn't have a certified mechanic on staff and the way it was said it would be fixed w... read more

Hi Jerry,Thanks for you comments.Sorry the service engine light was on during your test drive, certainly shouldn't have been, especially since the vehicle was pulled up and waiting for you.Your comments will help my staff be better.Our certified technicians complete a comprehensive inspection of our vehicles and when there are service lights, we work to correct the vehicle's issue.
I called to ask questions on this vehicle and the salesman was informative, nice and helpful.
They were pretty fast on the return call and message. Haven’t dealt with them on the vehicle yet
