I have lived at caritas villa apartments for 34 years & I have enjoyed living here. Everyone looks out for each other & management listens and resolved issues in a timely fashion. The staff is always nice & treats everyone with respect.
Lovely place to live. The grounds are well maintained. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner.
I had been waiting to get into subsidized housing for about 8 months. Carnitas Villa had some openings. It was a little delayed (the intake process) as they had a manager leave in the middle of the process. Other than that everything else is going smoothly. The peeps here are very friendly and it definitely is a place to call home. ... Dan
