I was previously a patient of Carisa’s before she relocated, and I had a good enough experience to recommend her to a family member. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. When we first scheduled an appointment for my family member, the receptionist mistakenly booked it on a day that was not designated for new patients. My first visit went very well, she listened to me and asked pertinent questions and is sending me to a neurologist for further treatment. I enjoyed the visit with her, she has a great demeanor.
