The entire staff from the receptionist to the young man who helped me choose my glasses were stellar! If I could go hang out there for fun I would.
I came in today seeking advice about a pair of glasses that make a cracking sound whenever I wear them. The associate who helped me was rude, dismissive, and immediately told me "that's the way glasses are" and that there was nothing she could do. I received my prescription through this office and expected far better customer service. Sadly, the customer service I received today was terrible, and this experience has ensured I won't be returning. 5 years!
Dr Erickson and her team are extremely thorough. They take the time to make sure that all your needs are accommodated. They also have a good selection of glasses.
