I was all-natural! But when I asked for texturizer, they relaxed my hair, and not the full head, just the roots. When I talked to the owner, she gaslighted me. I am so pissed, they damaged my hair, so irreparably. The weird thing is that, they know how bad they’re at doing natural hair, and think their non-refund policy allows them to play in someone’s hair.

I consider myself picky when it comes to my hair and always leave happy when I go for a cut and blow dry here. They take great pride in their work and have a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

I have been coming here since 2017. Every team member is exceptional. Carin, Louise and Nasrin . These women are magicians. Nobody can revive my hair as well as this team does. Last visit May 11 , 2024: Thanks Nasrin for saving my hair. You have the patience of a saint.
