We waited for 5 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered at that time. It took like 45 min for our order and I still had to wait 15 minutes longer for my raw chicken breast. I sent it back and waited and waited so finally I flagged down our waiter and told him never mind. He did take it off my bill but we were never approached by a manager. Our waiter was apologetic and nice. Sadly this was my third try here trying to get a better experience. Not going to try again..
I will never be back to this restaurant. My family and I have been there quite a few times but this last time was the worst. We waited for our food to arrive for 2 hours. Out of 9 dishes 3 were cold, the chicken parm was dry and 1 was never made and it was an appetizer. When we told the manager he didn't seem to care at all. The service was great. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. I think they are overpriced. Your entree does not come with anything like a salad you have to order that al la carte. I'd much rather go to Vic's or Carabas...

Never order food again very bad taste and burnt save your money and go to Applebee's

Every year the company I work for always have our Christmas luncheon here. The food is always great and so is the service.
Garbage service...called a hour ahead for our lunch order and waited a total of hour and 2 minutes before even receiving our cold food.
