Good atmosphere, many menu items to choose from, attentive server, and delicious cuisine. First time visitor, will definitely be back.
My friend and I went to this restaurant to try someplace new. We hadn't met up in quite some time and the staff didn't rush us to order. When we were ready, however, Autumn was extremely helpful. She broke down the ingredients of the foods, which was good because my friend has an uncommon food allergy. Went there for a family style meal and they sat us right away, no wait. Before we got our drink orders in we were told by our waitress that the food is about 45min behind order, before being served. So I ask for manager to see what the deal was, Jenny was her name, she said they were busy and that's why. Pretty disappointed my husband and I wasted our time driving there.
Celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at this restaurant last night. Service was extremely slow, waitress not friendly, (Olivia was slow on drink orders, filling water glasses, and dinner took forever). Calamari was the worst I have tasted. Desserts were embarrassing and tasted like a frozen product. We were a party of 9, rest of the restaurant was not busy. No excuse for this bad service, except maybe management was not in site on a Sunday evening.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with servers and no management available to talk to the day I dined there. My food was not good and We received our appetizers after our meal. I also had an empty drink for 25 minutes!
Service was awesome, food was great, prices were fair, food portions were large, dinning area was clean and had a nice atmosphere, tables were a bit small, restrooms were filthy
We love the Allen Park Johnny Carino's especially on Mondays - the 50% off chicken param family meal. Great management, waitstaff, great food! Keep up the AMAZING job!!!

Excellent in all aspects; polite, neat (clean), GREAT ITALIAN CUISINE!!! if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere go there! No sports bar here!
