Carinos management, what is wrong with you guys?? Your food is great. The last several Visits, you have almost NO employees there when you need them. 2 hours for a simple meal is absurd. Waitress was superb and she was doing 3 jobs (including bartender with a crowd) with a great attitude, but she cannot do it all herself no matter how hard she tries. This tells me why all your restaurants are closing down. Management is your problem. Sad because Carinos has always been a great place to eat!! Please fix it!!!
Your bartender makes the place! She's excellent but the kitchen cannot keep up with her. Food was awesome, but it was a lengthy wait for our food.
After waiting 15 min we didnt have any service a couple walked in and sat right next to us and recieved serivce less than 5 min after sitting down so we walked out
The food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because our waiter had to be reminded multiple times that we needed refills. He seemed overwhelmed, and it's not too big of a deal. The food made the experience worth it. I ordered the bow tie chicken festival pasta and it was yummy! The bread and oil were great and the house dressing on the salad was superb.
I usually go to the Carino's in Grand Prairie, but since it has permanently closed my boyfriend and I decided to head to this location...and what a mistake that was. The overall experience was horrible. First off the food quality and presentation was nothing short of unacceptable. The napkin that my silverware was wrapped in was pretty dirty, we had to ask that our table be cleaned off, as it still had crumbs and food from the previous guest. I went to Johnny Carinos and ordered a to go plate, when I got home it looked like someone just threw it on the plate and it was a size of a kids meal... Really and for the price was not worth it... Will never go there again...
