The doctor is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful !! I’d give 0 stars if I could. The doctor is also responsible of the uhauls in the back of the office and when I tried to return my vehicle she came out banging on my window demanding the keys as I was doing the virtual return steps. When I explained what I was doing, she claimed I was having a “smart mouth” and told me she would charge me extra for that and she did!! Absolutely terrible service!! If I could give zero stars I would she rush in your mouth her communication skills suck I’m telling her about the infection from a tooth needing antibiotics until treatment she talking er a bill for what when you can fix it crazy and I don’t recommend
A horrible experience
Do not go to this Dentist! She lacks the respect for patients I called to speak to her regarding her front desk and her response was Ok so you still want to schedule. Please find another place. They lack customer service from the front desk to the back house! She’s tired and it shows! I will never recommend or return. Not everyone is good for business and this one is it!
I never leave bad reviews, but I want everyone to know about my experience here. I went here after going to the same dentist for 20+ years in my hometown. Never had a cavity. I came to caring smiles and the dentist told me I had 14 (!!!) cavities that needed to be filled. I was very upset and expressed some incredulity about this and the dentist told me I needed to have this done or my teeth would eventually fall out. It was upsetting.
