Caring Touch Provider Services has been a true blessing in my life. Living with stage 4 cancer, I needed more than just care — I needed compassion, respect, and trust. Ms. Nelda- and the staff delivered all of that and more when I met my provider. Alejandra embodies kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. She has brought comfort not only to me but to my young son as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of home care. They are simply exceptional.
I'm very disappointed with this agency. They seem to prioritize money over the well-being of their clients. My brother, who is handicap and relies on a provider for daily care, was left without support for an extended period after his provider quit. Instead of acting quickly to find a replacement, the agency took far to long leaving my 83 year old father-who is battling cancer to take on the caregiving responsibilities.
