Horrible experience. Dr. Taylor was aggressive, temperamental, rude. After a awkward rude 1st visit, assuming she was simply having a bad day, I returned for a second visit. The second visit, a month later, was worst!!! After pulling the wrong tooth, then lying to my face saying we agreed on it, she then refused to pull the tooth that was actually giving me problems. This women spoke to me, and her assistant, very rudely and aggressively. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO A DOG!!!!!
RecommendedDr. Taylor was so gentle yet in cleaning my daughters teeth. I was able to schedule an appointment sooner than I thought which was perfect! I give caring smiles a 5 STAR!!
Dr. Taylor, is amazing. I love how attentive her staff is, not only to my daughter but to me as well. My 4 year old has been seeing Dr. Taylor since she was 1 & loves her dentist visits.
Dr Taylor is awesome! She is very sweet and caring when it comes to her patients. She knows what to say to calm them down. My oldest son has been very scared of the dentist and Dr. Taylor has made him feel so welcome and calm that he has no problem letting her work in his mouth. I am so thankful. I have moved my other two children to see Dr. Taylor also!
Dr. Taylor is amazing and has great bedside manner. My children actually cooperated during the visit and felt comfortable. My son struggled to eat solid foods as an infant and all medical providers thought it was a g/i issue. Dr. Taylor discovered the real issue (dental) and made recommendations to alleviate the problem. We took her advice and all is well. She saved us thousands by identifying the actual problem. We would have been in for a long road of swallow studies, scopes and therapies otherwise.
Dr. Taylor is about her business, as she should. If lack luster paycheck takers are making dumb mistakes, then that's her reputation. Some people feel entitled, and that's NOT THE REAL WORLD. I trust Dr. Taylor's expertise and knowledge.
The office staff is rude as hell, they are not very helpful at all and she does not convenient availability. My 3 son’s appointments started at 8:20 AM. I got there at 8:15 AM. The lobby was already packed. My first son was called back at 8:38 AM the last one was not call back until 9:30 AM. There were other patients that came in after us that were called back before us. WTH?!? I did not leave there until 10:43 AM. This place is the beauty shop of dentistry. I am looking for another dentist for my son’s. I cannot do this off... read more
I love this place... they have never failed me or my girls once! Definitely recommend Dr. Taylor! Thanks for your awesome customer service and dental work provided to my family!
