By far, one of the best organizations I've ever worked for. Everyone working in the office (including Cathy, the New Braunfels franchise owner) was always very nice and super attentive to the needs of not only the clients, but the caregivers as well. They ensure their caregivers are well educated on their client's needs, and provide the tools to meet those needs. As a C.N.A./caregiver of over 10 years, I'm glad to say that I've had the pleasure of working for such an incredible company.
Wouldn't refer anybody to this company . They don't answer phones and clients have big complaints .
