My 28 year old autistic daughter is at home during the day with a caregiver from Caring Senior Service while I work. My husband and I have always taken care of her with the help of family. But I recently got a day job and my husband works days also. I interviewed Caring Senior Service for a caregiver for my daughter and had a very pleasent interaction with the office employees. Not the greatest place to work.they hold back paycheck,if paperwork is late,and swindle you out of overtime.which I believe both practices are illegal
By far, one of the best organizations I've ever worked for. Everyone working in the office (including Cathy, the New Braunfels franchise owner) was always very nice and super attentive to the needs of not only the clients, but the caregivers as well. They ensure their caregivers are well educated on their client's needs, and provide the tools to meet those needs. As a C.N.A./caregiver of over 10 years, I'm glad to say that I've had the pleasure of working for such an incredible company.
