They have no clue what they are doing, we recently switched because of an encounter we had when our son was sick with a female doctor, who should not be in a family practice setting. I work in pediatrics and I know how things work. She would not swab our son because she insisted she "knew" what it was and said even if she sent us over to sonoaquest they wouldn't run the test because its a common childhood illness, which is a complete lie!
