I’m writing on behalf of James following our recent interaction with Caring Loving Sharing Caregivers. I called and spoke with Michael Russell on the afternoon of September 18, 2025. James was at our home receiving hospice care and I was desperate for help in order for sleep that evening. His death, now eminent, was naturally not predictable. Michael & Jill are incredibly responsive to any inquiries or requests. They are very hands-on. They know their clients and their loved ones. They truly want their clients to thrive. As a nurse with a loved one under their care I appreciate all they have to offer!
Unlike other caregiving services that made us feel like another customer, Caring, Loving, Sharing, truly lives up to their name. When we were looking for a long term caregiver, Michael personally met us - first at the rehab facility where my husband was recovering, and then again at our home to access our needs. We were thoughtfully matched with caregivers who are not only consistent, but also a great fit for our lifestyle. I highly recommend their services.
I typically do not write reviews but CLS helped my family tremendously that I requested the link to do this review. We were in need of 24 hour care once my sister-in-law came home from the hospital until her passing; however, her release date changed several times. Mike was so responsive to our needs and was extremely flexible and, thankfully, came through with caregivers with minimal notice.
