Horrible. Their staff is icompetent and irresponsible. Sleeping and face-timing on the job when they are supposed to be watching someone who is a fall risk. They should not be in this business. Lazy aide allowed someone to be severely injured due to their negligence. Don't take the risk of using them for someone you care about.
