Chris Wells is phenomenal and absolutely amazing; there isn't a rating high enough to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for what he has done for my brother. I highly recommend Caring Heart Counseling. They were able to connect me quickly with a variety of options not only in my area but also covered under my insurance. I had the pleasure of working with Lexie who was a joy and very accommodating. She took her time to understand what I was looking for, what I could afford and my all my preferences in a therapist.
BEWARE of the placement specialist, Lexie. I would genuinely recommend not reaching out to Caring Heart if you struggle with your mental health. After the unprofessional and blasé correspondence with Lexie, I believe this place should only be considered an absolute last resort. They have a few experienced counselors but little to no availability. The obstacle to entrance is their placement specialist, who makes the search process defeating and humiliating.
