first time here with my mom and already upset!!!! so we've been waiting an hour ... which we arrived 25 min early for her appointment.. so after 45 minute wait she decides to go to the bathroom ..and they call her name !! so i tell the nurse she's in the bathroom she says ok ... then literally skips her like 15 patients already!!!!!! she came out a minute later and i told the receptionist and the nurse and they don't seem to give a flying hoot!!!! very unprofessional. people do have a life/ work to be at so please please res... read more
