I have been in the healthcare profession for more than 15 years, and am saddened by knowing that this company would NOT do a through background check on their employees that they would hire. I know HIPPA laws and regulations very very well and find it surprising they would employe people with convicted felony charges as well as drug addiction and warrants. It is amazing how little they do to ensure the safety of their clients.
