Colleen and Caring Hands did a fantastic job with my visa. I was adopted from China so I wanted someone familiar with that process for adoptees going back since the paperwork required is a little different. Super responsive and easy to get a hold of. Fast and cheaper than if I had flown or stayed overnight in DC (I live in SC). I shipped my items Monday June 22 Arrived to them Thursday July 25 They had the Visa in hand Thursday August 1 and shipped it back I received it Monday August 5

Increadibly nice and helpful team who has handled authentication of dozens of documents over the years! Caring hads is my go to company for any document authentication! They have a great pulse of the authentication process and how to ensure any documents are efficiently processed through the various departments and embassies.

I had to process visas to Kazakhstan for my whole family recently. I called over 20 different places in DC and this was the only location that had the best rates and amazing customer services.
