Customer service for healthcare is horrible! I have waited for 6hours today to get my script filled and then after 6 hours they sent it to the wrong place!! I tried calling them back and was hung up on 3 times!! I finally got someone in dental to answer and then didn’t get a call back. So, I DO NOT recommend Caring hands!
They have one of the best dentist I’ve been to, everyone’s so polite and helping I highly recommend caring hands dentist and they’re also very fair priced based off your income
Dr Zellmer is an amazing doctor with wonderful nurses!! He listens to what your problems are and actually helps you with the issue to get it resolved. They are very nice and welcoming from the time you check in until the time you leave. The wait time is always very minimal. I recommend everyone to use caring hands!!
