Caring, hence the name. Very thorough, resourceful, a joy to be around, when times are tough they are respectful and compassionate. They've helped me through diet issues, saved one of my cats when I had given up. I'm very grateful for what u all do for my hairy family members
Amazing, caring, and they do a phenomenal job treating my cat Isis, who is totally a mean jerk. They've been looking after her for 16 years. :D
