RecommendedWe took our 2 dogs to Caring Hands for nearly 5 years (we just moved to MA). The assistants, Dr. Curt and Dr. Rebecca were always amazing. Never pushing, always listening. Even today, despite the fact that we have moved, I called to get a 2nd opinion from them, and they took the time to listen to me and call me back with advice. I strongly recommend Caring Hands. They are the best.
Everyone here always makes me feel welcome. As a new dog owner I have a lot of questions. I always feel better after talking to them. Absolutely recommend anyone to bring their pets here. They understand the stress that comes from having to bring your pets in and are so amazingly sweet and patient. They are also wonderful on the phone, and will answer questions kindly and patiently no matter how many times you call. I’m so glad I found this place.
I 100% recommend this place! My puppy Jasper never even wants to leave. Even after he just got neutered, he still was trying to get more love from the staff. Also on neutering, we're 3 days in and you can barely tell there's even an incision, it's so small and well-stitched. He hasn't bothered it much at all so he hasn't even needed a cone. Great staff Rebecca has been terrific working with my elder dog. Has helped extend her life by 4 years.
The staff here is the best I have ever experienced. They always treat my dogs like old friends when we go and they provide excellent care on top of making them feel comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable and I know that I can ask any question and have it explained fully. I love this place and will never take my animals anywhere else. Just wish they had boarding as well.
The staff at Caring Hands are some of the most professional, compassionate animal caregivers I have encountered in my 30+ years of being a dog owner. They treated our aging and chronically ill dachshund Fritzie as if she were their own. For that I will be forever grateful. Dr. Thurman is clearly practicing what he was called to do. His concern for the animal AND its owner is beyond amazing. Highly recommend this place.
