In the last month and or so I have had a very disturbing time with my pet. The staff at caring hands has been exceptionally understanding, caring, and helpful. I am very happy that when I got Bear a year and a half ago that I choose this vet for his care. Best Animal Hospital in Lake City. They are the only ones that I know of that take care of exotic pets. I always bring my ferret in here and they are the best staff.
I came in from out of town to surprise my son at an all star baseball tournament not knowing the park did not allow pets. Caring hands took Buddy in and watched him for me for a couple hours so I could go see my son play his game. Thank you Caring Hands for such great care and willingness to help! You are awesome!
The kindest caring staff I have ever met. My Jazzy girl was not a patient at the time and they told me to bring her in right away on a Saturday afternoon because she had had a stroke. Dr. Leslie call this on a Sunday morning to give us an update which was very sad but she brought us in so we could say our goodbyes to her baby . Only had one experience with them and it was a very difficult time for my husband and I but they made us feel like they really cared. Would recommend to everyone.
