Their name says it all "Caring Hands" for all their patients. I have to give a huge recommendation for Dr. Cody. In July my newfoundland Sierra was not herself. Dr. Cody performed extensive tests, x-rays, etc. She had so much compassion when she gave me the bad news that Sierra had cancer and cried right along with me when we had to say goodbye to her. I took my dog to these people and she died a month later they charged me a fortune for a urine test and some antibiotics that did nothing to help her I really hope they choke on the money I paid them
We have used Caring Hands Animal Hospital since they first opened in Lake City and have recommended them to many people. They sincerely love they patients as is evidenced by the care they take with each one. Yesterday we had to make an unscheduled visit. Our 3 yo Shih Tszu, Mei Zhi was not feeling well, she was shaking, vomiting, not eating and was lethargic - definitely not her usual self. She was taken right in and seen by Dr. Leslie. Caring Hands has always taken great care of our three cats, Tabby, Ellie and Smoker. Their staff is attentive and caring.
Thank you Caring Hands for refusing to sell flea/tick medication to my mother today. She is on a fixed income and was not prepared today to bring her cat (who you've cared for for years) in for you to get your yearly physical fee. As a result of your pathetic customer service and insensitivity to the elderly, we will be going to Addison Animal Hospital who had no problem assisting us today.
