We take both of our young Mastiffs to Caring Hands. The staff is excellent, friendly and compassionate. The Vet is very knowledgeable and loves animals. They always call a day or two after an appointment to check on my dogs. My dog ate Lantana and was poisoned by it. They saved my dog and showed great concern for her.
Before making an appointment, I went in to the office and spoke with the receptionist, who happened to be the veterinarian's daughter. She was very busy, but handled the phone calls with patience, and gave me information on what I could expect as a client at that practice. I did decide to take my dog in for evaluation and treatment, and I really appreciate Dr. Martinez's handling of my elderly dog who has developed a few heath problems.
