I really wanted to give a 4.75. Both the Nurse and the PT were first rate. Both showed knowledge and abilities that exceed previous experiences I've had with home health. They were more than a notch above other PT and nurses that my wife and myself had seen in the past. The PT perhaps more than a couple of notches above PTs we have had. However I felt that I was discharged a little sooner than I should have been. Just a couple of weeks of follow through would have been good. Our nurse Bessy was the best caring nurse we could have asked for. She holds the bar for her sweet nature and professional character just made our lives so much easier. We could never replace her or would want to. We miss her when she is gone. She brightens the room and puts a smile on grandpa's face even when he is sick. She made him want to get better, she explained everything so he would understand and her gentle nature was so calming in a stressful situation.
