This agency was very helpful and helped me get the services I needed after I got discharged from the hospital after my surgery.
This agency does not care about the wellbeing of the client. The staff are unprofessional and ill equipped to do the job of hiring qualified attendants. They do not train nor care if the person they hire knows what they are hired to do-they simply put people in to collect from the State. If the provider doesn't show up one day-the agency doesn't find coverage to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the client.
